Nocturnal Creatures: Bats of Green-Wood and Gotham
October 28, 2021 , 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Celebrate International Bat Week by joining NYC Audubon’s Senior Conservation Biologist Kaitlyn Parkins for a special presentation on our nocturnal neighbors: the bats of New York City. After busting some bat myths, she will discuss the secret lives of urban bats. Learn what they eat, where to find them, and how urban green spaces, such as parks, cemeteries, and green roofs, help them thrive.
$5 / free for members. A Zoom link and recipe will be emailed the day before the program.
